構想は非常に良く画期的ではありましたが,日本語入力機能が貧弱で困ったという苦い思い出もあります． また,画面の

Sharp(co.ltd)/SH601em was born in 1998, it have touch-panel LCD. But LCD size was 160x200(+basic-status-disp)

monochrome.  Because touch panel was narrow, it was little difficult to operate with finger.

SH601em had Internet eMail function, but only 2 provider was supported. And other Internet facility was unsupported.

But it had weakness that Japanese word input function was very poor, provably because of that sales did not go well.

In addition to it, next year(1999), NTT/DoCoMo released restrictive Internet eMail function called i-mode to many other

mobile phone.  After that, it was no longer paid attention.

From Honda/Mobilio 1st version(2001/12) catalog: Design Motif was very peculiar!
